So umm, I did it. Budew evolved. Buuuuuuuuttttt it was during the night (as I only have time to play during the night). So I think sometimes some budews are wonky or something.

If you go to Central Salon, there's a lady who can tell you how much it appreciates you. If she's saying "it's just starting to get comfortable with you, definitely keep working with it" then you're on the right track.

yes i tried changing my comp time, turning off and on the game to refresh game time (probably) so that it is around 8-10 am, lvlup budew. still nothing happened.

My first game save (ver. 18.1) that had budew it evolved into roselia at lvl 20. I know it is supposed to evolve through happiness so i fed it about 2-3 pokesnax. It died a lot before it evolved so i know it doesn't have high happiness. Yet it evolved...
Now, I have a level 20 budew (not roselia) in a new game save (still ver. 18.1). I fed it 4 pokesnax just to be sure. Never let it faint. Yet it never evolved.
Can you pls tell me if you have any idea why this is happening? thank you in advance.
PS. I love roserade so pls help ty
