You find them in places like the factory that you raid in the beginning or hidden around the town hidden in rocks or in plain sight as a ball. It is best to check every rock like object, or narrow dead end that you may see in an alleyway.
Below is a list of locations that contain ability capsules which I got from here:
-Ability Capsules
Peridot Ward
Hidden in a barrel outside the Mosswater Factory in Peridot (unreachable after finishing the raid with Julia, Fern and Florinia!)
Obsidia Ward
Speak to a woman in the Obsidia PokeCenter looking for her son, find her son outside the Glamazonia Salon in South Obsidia and go back to the woman to reciece an Ability Capsule (new E15 event)
North Obsidia
take the path that goes right, at its end turn down and it's hidden on the rock before the crack
Under the Grand Stairway
choose the right path in the ledges puzzle and follow it through stairs and turn untill you reach the capsule (visible overworld item)
Citrine Mountain
enter from outside of Shade's gym and go straight to the right, it's hidden in the last rock in that direction
Byxbysion Wasteland
after going through the building with the stairs don't slide any of the steel beams, jump from the little one-square ledge at the upper left side and find it hidden in a barrel
Subrailnet
after the Yureyu building when you enter the right side of the Underground Railnet, solve the rails puzzle to open the left door and enter the Subrailnet and it's behind a Rock Smashable shadow on the wall
Byxbysion Wasteland beyond the Tunnels and Grotto
hidden in a bush in the Secret Power / former Mudkip / now Squirtle location, check the TM guide for more info and a video guide, requires defeating Aya to use Strength and ver very difficult to reach without Flash
Chrysolia Forest
hidden in the bush at the end of the corridor at the top left, outside of the Moss Rock section
Mysidia Railcave
hidden in a rock in the Confide / Ill-fated Doll Location, go through all the doors that lie between a pair of rocks to reach it
7th St. Ability Capsule Vendor at the top left of 7th Street
Agate Circus Ability Capsule Vendor at the lowest row, opposite of the Rest Area entrance
Pickup ability (lvls 61-80:rare, 81-100:uncommon) -
You can just use an ability capsule on Krickitune to make it a technician

I tried to evolve the Pichu that I bred from a Raichu into a Pikachu then breed it with a Buneary, but it has not evolved yet and it is level 43, I considered just using my backup Pichus but wanted to check here first in case a better solution existed.

You could train a male Espurr and evolve it into a Meowstic, and have it know Disarming Voice to deal with dark types like Ferns Sandile, then use an Electric-type like a Pachirisu or Emolga to deal with his Dartrix.

I am trying to breed modest nature onto a Gothita, what is the fastest and best way to achieve this? I tried using the Pichu line to bridge to Buneary then a Gothita but could not my Pichu fast enough. Is there another mon I can use for this?

Is this team good enough to grind for money in the Grand Hall, should I change anything? I am trying to save up for the EV training items and berries so that I can make better teams.

Cool, I almost got past 3 once but made a mistake when I was at the last card. Thanks for mentioning the thing about the drop, it really helps to mitigate the loss from losing.

Ok, thank you. I will take a look at the Pokemon that I can use and see which ones can use the ability prankster, or learn fake out.
Edit: I now just found a level 4 Espurr in my box with the hidden ability for it, just got to raise it now.

I am stuck on Shelly in my nuzlocke and only use the pokemon that I get from Eggs, as a gift in trades, or in events like using pokesnax. I am having a difficult time beating Shelly even when I change my line up and use a fire type like Arcanine to try and change the field, but that Masquerain keeps out-speeding me and using rain dance.

Mine is Krikitune which I always name Tatertot, second would be my Pachirisu, then Budew's evolution line.

What if the RWBY world was filled with Pokemon instead of Grimm? How would the Vytal Festival Tournament have turned out if it was fought with Pokemon instead of their weapons and what would their teams consist of competitively?

I don't know about the bosses being haxed, I have my Lopunny using Hi Jump Kick and only missed two times out of the 20-30 times that I used it without a wide lens. Also, charge beam does not paralyze it just has a 70% chance to increase your sp. atk. stat. The only time I ever had bad rng was when my quick claw did not go off on my Gothitelle facing off with Radomuses final pokemon.
