  1. How will the terrain surge abilities be handled now that they have wider distribution? Assuming they will just not be available on their respective setters until post-game?

I suppose Defog will not clear terrain either like it does in gen 8 (and that's only reasonable) but it can't hurt to ask about that either.

Is Debug mode also possible to be added. or do we have to wait for PBS?

Enabling party debug does not require PBS and takes less than 10 seconds (literally) of modification to the scripts. I will not post that modified version here as the OP expressly chose not to include it, but you can easily look up the solution.

I think that Terajuma has the strongest bosses because of Angie,Crawli and Geara/Zetta(the fact that all of these are double battles with field effects that synergises so much with their team adding the weather shows us that these fights are meant to be unfair and can't let us heal in Intense). But GDC has also hard fights like Puppet Masters and Souta.

Crawlie and Angie were both among the easiest gym leaders personally.

Crawlie pretty much falls apart if you use Wide Guard, and likewise the seed that sets up TR for you makes Angie extremely easy with e.g. rock slide spam. Neither took more than 2-3 attempts on monoruns, if I'm remembering correctly.

  4. Hi,

I wanted to try my hand at writing mods, and the first thought that came to mind was editing Soul Dew to its original function from before Generation VII (increasing SpA/SpD by 50% for Latias/Latios). Can anyone point me to the scripts that I'd need to edit for this?

Specifically V10; I'm not nearly far enough in V11 for it. And to be fair, I knew exactly what to expect and had been preparing well in advance, since early game, as I do with as many optional events as possible (although I don't research things from new versions, I play all new versions from the beginning to see all new changes blind). And it was a convoluted setup consisting of Prankster Thunder Wave and Yawn Liepard with Revive spam until it's done everything it needs to, max Agility + Baton Pass Lopunny into max Speed Drifblim with Destiny Bond, with SRing whenever something didn't work properly (Yveltal waking up early or breaking through Paralysis). Those three weren't part of my main team, and the other three members were exhausted from the Neved fight immediately before, so I didn't have much room for error, resulting in quite a few SRs.

In hindsight, maybe my strategy wasn't as easy as any others on this thread. Fewer turns, arguably, but no less convoluted. In fact, the steps of breeding for moves and grinding up party members specifically for this fight made it more difficult. In other words, my original comment was full of shit.

Uhh, Yveltal should be immune to Prankster Thunder Wave?

  6. Hello!

I am wondering if anyone had either of the mentioned Pokemon above and would be willing to trade.

These two are among my favorite pokemon I've seen so far so I am not interested in specifics like IVs or anything (maybe a nice nature as a plus point but it's not necessary at all of course).

Unfortunately I do not have a huge selection of interesting pokemon to trade due to being new; the only ones I can think of are a baby Riolu and a few fossil ones like Omastar and Cranidos. I am not sure if that's at all an appealing trade but thank you for taking the time to read!
