If you do not get the ditto at the Blacksteam factory before Kiki, and also do not get it on seventh street, you can still find wild ditto after the last badge, on victory road.

It has been an eternity since I've tried anything like this, but, what the heck, why not? One question did occur to me however: eevee. Would the same person be expected to make all the eeveelutions? and with eevee itself, will you be including the gender difference that has been added to eevee?
