The plates are obtained by mining in Melodic Mines. The spots where you can mine are where the white circles are. 

how could I mine? i see on a youtube video, the guy just stand on the white circle facing to the wall and he can mine? i've tried pushing the action button but nothing happened?

Hi, I have just completed the post game story. I have some questions:

 

1. What to do next? Is there any list of side quests?

2. I think there is someone talking about special method of training. I assume there is a special Arduino trainer with better exp yield. If that guy really exist, where can I find him? If not, what is the fastest way to grind my pokes to lv 100?

3. Is there any way to reset EV of a pokemon?
