Stats: 70, 95, 115, 120, 55, 85 (HP, ATK, DEF, SPATK, SpD, SPE)
With a base stat total of around 530 and a beneficial typing in Dragon Steel, it is clear this mon can be heavily useful in Pokemon Rejuvenation. This mon can be run both physically and specially It will mostly be run as a physical tank while being able to dish out a powerful STAB flash cannon. Its hidden ability, stalwart, is basically mold-breaker in the way it functions as it ignores abilities and can also ignore moves like follow me. It also gets a new move called "steel beam" which is a base 140 STAB move which reduces 50% hp on use. (Its basically Dialga-lite what more do you expect).

Also, according to Esteban who replied to my message on facebook, just go to the full moon discord. Someone named Moist should have already published the 10.2 PBS files, so if you have RPGMaker you can just unstuck yourself. Otherwise, get the PBS Files and someone else will be happy to assist you... But keep it in this thread.
Unless there is a Non-Reborn fan-game save file assistance thread that I am not aware of...My facebook messenger conversation went like this:
Me: Hi, would it be too much to ask for the PBS files for my own personal use. I won't redistriubute them, nor wll I edit the game beyond just editing my party a bit. I just want to change my Pokemons' moves, EVs, and IVs. I already did one play through of 9.3.2, and I was thinking that I would have more fun using certain pokemon for the story. It won't be as fun to get them later. If you don't want to give, I understand. All I can do is ask. Thanks either way.

uhhh what game are you playing? It is. Check the location guide. Its the continuation of the mosely quest. She gives you a starly at the end of the quest. Excadrill is objectively the best ground type in the game. Probably why az removed it from mystery egg in memeborn. It runs through the game. About ttar, its reg form is ou in smogon while raptor is uu. My first game was gen 4 so I dont have nostalgia for larvitar as my first encounter with it was in gen 5. Ask anyone whos played the game, larvitar is the best you can get. It gets a sddef boost with sand which is why the only major counter is fighting. There's no way a route 1 bird would be better than a pseudo

1Starly is available ingame without mystery egg. It also gets outclassed by talon and fearow (with crest) Larvitar is objectively the best mon you can get ingame barring mence. "strong ground types are everywhere". Where exactly? Other than krookodile, who stands up to Drilbur? Starly's the only overrated one btw.

I have a huge set of strats to win any difficult battle in the next versions of rejuvenation but I won't get overconfident and play on intense difficulty despite the amount of prep I'm doing
Ok so let me get this straight. You're putting this much preparation for rejuv when its not on intense.
