I'm actually good on the extrasensory cyndaquil, but I would still like a mudkip if possible

Sorry I should've been more specific. By "good ivs" I meant something like 31 for sp.attack and speed on cyndaquil, and something like 31 for hp, attack, and defense for mudkip.

Garchompite is available but it's kind of tied to an error linked to a glitch I patched. You need eggs of all the starters.

Sceptilite is available after freeing Agate City and requires talking and finding a certain hiker there to begin that quest.

 

I found the hiker and beat him but he packed and went away because his kommo'o caused trouble... any follow up on where he went?
