The fact that your quicksave button works and the rest don't reminded me of the problem I had then, so I'd like to make a suggestion.

 

Read this thread here. The seventh post has a possible solution listed in bullet point format. I don't know about the scripthanging error but it might fix your controls.

Hi, thank you for your advice. Sadly it doesn't work for me. I've also to completely change the controls to other buttons but it didn't work either.

Hi guys! I was enjoying the game when it suddenly crashed with the error "Script is hanging", little before that the game asked me to save and I saved the game. It wasn't the first time  that the game crashed like that but I didn't give any importance until now. This time, when I got back to the game I found my character stuck, it just won't move. No command works in-game, except button D for saving, nothing else. Button X for opening the menu doesn't work either. I'm attaching a screenshot so you can see the exact position where my character is stuck. 

Tried to reboot the game, downloading it again, rebooting the pc...but nothing worked. Help!
