I've been contemplating that perhaps the android we've been interacting with in the sidequest is the same Ana who was in the MC class and the grave is just sentimental.

I believe Pokemon going extinct is something also mentioned in the Garufan city in the 3rd Layer. Wasn't this the reason the LAIR droid line was created?

Perhaps Ana is also a Garufan creation and was involved in the last reset. As her memory is digital data it could have easily been erased by a human rather than the reset.

I think it'll be cool if Ana's memories will be fully restored. I'm pretty sure it is confirmed Ana was actually a person and not a robot, and that she did have eyes before. In Alamissa when Ren gives you the Sylveon, he goes into his flashback of how Crescent made him join Team Xen. In that cutscene in Crescent's hideout, you see pics of all the protags including Ana, who actually had eyes. However, the fact she's an android makes me think she is a Garufan creation like you've stated, possibly made by the 3rd Layer. So it's very interesting what her role would be later on in the story

The Rejuv League is even less organized than the Reborn one, does no one really wonder where are all the missing Gym Leaders?

September 2018? Sometimes i forget how many years it's been...and will be....how many badges you're still missing?

Okami....is it that game about a wolf spirit fighting demons? It's fine but the art style is not my thing and you really consider it a great RPG? Have you played some of the old ones like Planescape Torment?

They explain it in the story, how the Amanda bot resulted in the missing Gym Leaders and how all of this is covered up. The story is still good and the art is very well done imo

I apologize for being vague. I was referring to Variya (didn't remember her name, had to look it up). She's the woman who appears alongside Adrest in the flashbacks, and who made the NPC MC the Interceptor. She also appeared before Melia activated her archetype powers in the ruined timeline, and behind the MC during the puppet master fight. The journal in the Den of Souls (which was presumably written around her time) states that Pokemon had become extinct (or something like that). That sounds like a problem that could only be fixed with a reset.

Another thing that I just realised is how Ana's Grandma says how Pokemon became extinct from one of Ana's memories. Could this link to anything I wonder?

The Third Layer music. It fascinates me yet scares the shit outta me. The whole area does but the music drives it home. I have no clue why it scares me so damn much.

Yeah I really like the leitmotif of the Interceptor theme. I think the scary part is the tingly feeling you get when you unveil this hidden part of the main lore that makes everything make sense yet gives you a crap ton of more mysteries to solve. (I compare this part of the game to Xenoblade Chronicles 2 later chapters). To me the music has a combination of "wow we're finally starting to uncover the truth behind the world and the lore" but also "wtf have we discovered in the process".

  5. I'd like to add to this discussion.  I'm gonna dump a lot of info here  and maybe we can all piece something together. I do believe in the alt universe theory but we just don't know where in the timeline all of this happens.

In the beginning of the prologue, you can find a book as Maria that says Kugeran City is under construction or "is near completion" or something like that. If we assume this is in the same timeline as the main story and not an alt universe, then this should've been before the family even moved to Marble Mansion. When talking to Indriad as Maria, he says "Oh hello, Marian-" (Marianette) but cuts off and says "Maria", which means that he already had planned out all of the events that will follow.

From the flashback of Anathea talking to the witch about the love spell, we know that she was already aware of Indriad's abuse on her, but in this scene she has black hair. I assume she hasn't had kids yet in this scene, so we assume she hasn't had kids yet. The black hair was also recorded in past Hiyoshi hospital records as she had a key shaped scar (Archetype removal probably). Now it is possible that her hair was dyed black as Archetype drainage doesn't remove the user still having access to its power and some features due to having the Archetype stay permanent, such as the blonde hair. Anyways its weird to say her black hair (archetype removed) was before her 4 kids since in Erin's flashback Anathea had blonde hair. Like why would Indriad re-inject the Archetype in??? Makes no sense really. So possibly its just a hair dye and maybe the witch was located near Hiyoshi city (pure speculation soz)

You'd think that the time line doesn't make sense since in the prologue Maria was treated as the only child, despite the fact we know this would've happened after Erin Alice Allen were thrown into the unknown dimension. The fact there's no black Gardevoir here also suggests the prologue happened after the events of Marble Mansion. So once again this contradicts the book in the prologue that says Kugearan was still being built.

Thinking of it this way, it logically doesn't add up for the prologue to be after the Marble Mansion events (since Anathea is already dead), or for the prologue to be before the Marble Mansion events (why is only Maria here?), making the prologue either an alternative reality/dream etc. The Mariannete Mansion is also completely different in layout to the Marble Mansion, and seems to be larger in size overall, with more gates, more garden, etc. Indirad in this Mansion also recognised the player, which means it is possibly consistent with the past (but that doesn't make sense because we know the Chrysola hotel is now what stands upon the Marble Mansion),  so again the Mariannete Mansion where we get our 3rd  gym badge is 100% from an alternative universe. The fact the gym badge had the same chip and was registered as a normal badge fits well with this theory.

Now the most intriguing part of all of this is that you find a book about "How to stop child abuse" or something similar in the hut during the blacksteeple arc, which had the name Anathea written on it. Currently, there is no evidence from the game that can link this book being at this location to any other plot point. Sure, this means that this book would've been in Anathea's possession while the children were with them (or just Maria), but then why is it near Blacksteeple? Especially since Anathea already died, and honestly from the  past arcs there's a very low chance she would've made it there herself. Well, unless its another alternative universe situation. We know that there is a second Blacksteeple Castle in the sky near the one we've been too, protected by a barrier. Perhaps this is a way to an alternative dimension? (Speculation again)

From Rune, we learn about Anathea and the witch. (this means it could've happened in any timeline or alt universe)

From us, we learn about Anathea's records in Hiyoshi hospital (she was admitted earlier than when the MC fainted), so Anathea has been out alone by herself. But isn't Hiyoshi far from Kugearan? How'd she get there without a boat like Anju's? This part I think is the missing link (because this must've happened in the MC's timeline)

Prologue: Anathea was alive but then we don't know what happened to her right before she was  brought to the  altar by Indriad

Past Marble Mansion: She must've met the MC and Venam after witnessing Erin Alice  Allen thrown into the unknown dimension, then dies

Book in Blacksteeple hut: No link to any of above events

One thing I find interesting is in the prologue, Indirad sacrificing Anathea and Maria was for them to "avoid  the calamity", so this could be signifying a world reset or an alternative universe travel.

Maria staring at the mirror remembering what just happened to her could also be one of those moments like Mosely where she remembers the events that occured in the alternative version of her in another universe. Same thing could be said about  Mariannette remembering her identity as Maria, although I guess that whole are was in an alternative universe so idek anymore haha

The main question that still exists, is even if there were alternative universes, how do characters from those realities impact on the one MC's currently in? Maybe the soul stone relates somehow? Maybe the memory overlapping thing like Mosely? Maybe realities taking over others (such as Mariannette Mansion tress and bushes materialising in Gearan City during the arc)? Could you overlap with characters like this? Imagine if  Melia came with Venam and MC to the mansion, what would she remember?

Another thing is Indriad has never seen Melia. HMMM I wonder how both would react?

Crescent said extremely directly that she was not involved in this. Considering her arrogance and overall character there is absolutely zero reason to doubt her words. It was 100% Clear.

It was just Clear's illusion, she can show visions to people very easily and manipulate truth, like she did in WLL.

She did not went rogue "against" Storm Chasers, considering her main obsession and interest seems to be MC, either she learned how to bring us back via black box and went rogue to execute this plan, or learned that at some point Storm Chasers plan to hurt MC.

Just because she doesnt care about anyone but MC doesnt mean her motivations are anywhere evil, and she is most likely only on her and MC side. The only bad things she did were done to team Xen members, otherwise being very rude is not a crime.

I think the Lorna sitiation is very clear, not sure if there is anything to discuss there. It's not exactly Metal Gear where Ocelot got like 15 allegiances.

ok yeah I probably overthought XD

  7. Unrelated to the above discussions, for those who's played WLL, we see how the cloaked figure that killed Taelia and Nora was a Bisharp. Incidentally, we see Cassandra owning a Shadow Bisharp in her battle in the Pearl Route, and we now know that Deagan was given to the Hospital of Hope by Cassandra. I'm now wondering if Cassandra is helping Madame X directly, and knows about Kieran and Clear, as she knew Xara and Jean from a flashback. There is also the fact that her name isn't listed as a Team Xen Member which is kind of sus.

Just something interesting I wanted to point out

My problem with those 2 characters is that they seem intended to play the role of a manipulative super powerful super knowledgeable villains, but we kinda already have that in Madame X. And sometimes the stuff that they do feel like a convenient way for the plot to progress instead of having an internal reasoning that makes sense and as a result complicates things in a way that no other plotline does imo. For example, it's suggested that Clear was the one who manipulated Nim and turned her into Lorna not Crescent. But why? They already can turn people into stone with the machine without Nim's help, or perhaps they are readying her to be the new Storm-9? But then why pose as Crescent? Not only does Nim not have any type of relationship to Crescent beforehand, Clear, either before or after, neutralized her so they didn't have much to gain by implicating her. She could've impersonated anyone else or even just wore a mask if she just wants to obfuscate the situation and it wouldn't play out that differently. This is one of those scenarios that I mentioned I felt was retconned at some point. Every other major plotline whether it's Team Xen, Garufa, Vitus, are really fun to explore for me in a way that this one just isn't because it kinda exist on it's own external to everything else except for when they are needed to manipulate some event in a certain way to create conflict.

I kinda want to talk about Crescent, since you've mentioned her in relation to Nim becoming Lorna

One thing that is interesting is how Crescent sends Jenner, Geara, Zetta into Nim's realm. I don't remember if it was stated whether Crescent knew the place she sent the 3 was inside Nim's realm or not, and thus in extension we don't know if she knew who/what Nim was beforehand. There actually isn't enough information to say that the Crescent who manipulated Nim into Lorna was Clear and not Crescent, even though it feels that way.

And given that when MC, Aelita and Ren bump into Lorna for the first time in Zone Zero the only person who Lorna didn't want to fight and acknowledged in terms of trying  to save her in Valor Mountain was MC, which is something that the real Crescent would do. Of course this could've all happened after Crescent was knocked out on Route 7, but:

After the whole Valor Mt thing, you see Crescent in the Villa in Teila Resort again, who tells you she can't save you again (links with the Core, as it says there's not enough energy for another revive or something like that, and how Crescent has her lives shared with MC). The thing about this is, how would Clear and Kieran know about the Core or how the Interceptors work? There's just no way and surely the MC would be dead around that part of the story if they knew that already. So this has to be the real Crescent right? Crescent also says that she sent Adam, Valarie, Saki, Braixen, Aelita, Cella to the spiritual healer (located somewhere in GDC [Souta] ), which leads to that scene where Crescent encounters Kieran and Clear in Route 7.

Of course, in the flashback, Crescent appears to fight Clear and Kieran after the Saki squad gets knocked out, so at least we know the Crescent at the villa was the real one, I think?

You see the cutscene of Crescent talking to Nim in Terajuma jungle after the Amber gym fight, in which Crescent "shows a bad future" of sorts to Nim and hence changes her appearance, telling her to "do something" (likely to turn specific people to stone). Of course, this stone thing is likely to power the Dream Machine, but all this time we assume the Crescent we know is on the good side.

The interesting part is how Crescent also has tried to manipulate Ren to join team Xen (surely this is the real Crescent, as this happens way before Clear and Kieran are even introduced). I'm not sure what her purpose was, especially since I don't see how Ren joining team Xen benefits her specifically. There is also a mention of how the Crescent Melia knew "went rogue" against the Storm Chasers at some point, which is likely her seeing the bad future where storm 9 hits Aevium (but this is never specified). If that's the case, then this sort of lines up with the same bad future she shows to Nim.

Upon reading Melia's diary in the past, we can tell that Crescent wasn't "rogue" yet when Melia first joined the Storm Chasers, and that she was already sort of deceptive and ruthless, as she basically releases the Galvantula to fake Melia's death scene (this Galvantula is probably hers, as we see her throw a pokeball and Ren saying Galvantula were rare in Amethyst Cave I think).

This makes me to believe that Crescent is more likely on the evil side in terms of motivations (apart from not wanting to hurt MC, ofc) and that we can't definitively say that the Crescent who manipulated Nim wasn't the real deal and was just Clear.

I know Crescent is captured and placed in the pod in the Dream machine, and says how she doesn't care about Nim and thought she was dead as soon as she fell in the lava, but this once again shows that she was somehow there to see Nim's death unfold and didn't decide to step in until after MC dies as well.

We don't know Crescent's motives, and so she could easily be lying to Venam and the MC about her statements she said regarding Nim's death.

Of course, I could be completely wrong about all of this as the Crescent that makes Nim Lorna in the Terajuma scene did not have her Gothitelle with her, which is something that she mostly always have out in most of her encounters from memory, so this could hint that this "Crescent" was Lorna. Idk though.

One other possibility is either Cosmia or Comet, but they seem to always work as a pair so its unlikely either.

  9. In response to the Ren and Reina prophecy thing Reina mentions in the Voidal Chasm,

Clues do lead to Reina being the traitor instead of Ren, because:

    1. The light Prophecy states that the 4 lights are "not human". Well technically Ren (we don't 100% know if the Ren we hang out with is just a Robot or is actually the real Ren now a cyborg) so let's just say the Ren we're with is a cyborg. This would align him with the light prophecy then right?

    2. The dark prophecy states all 4 darks are "human". Reina well... is a human so it kinda makes sense?

    3. Reina is also kind of... potentially easy to manipulate?  Even though she knows Kieran is the enemy,  she still "falls for his smooth voice" in that one cutscene at Alamissa where Kieran dumps MC, Ren, Reina, Huey into past Hiyoshi City.

Ren also has more connections to the main cast, so I feel there's no motivation for him to remain evil, especially since Neved tells Anatasia to keep an eye on him during those Xen exec cutscenes.

Regarding the essence Damien collected. If you speak to one of the villagers who are in the same room as cresecent in the base in sashila, he says that they ‘detected traces of Nihilego poison and that the substance is somewhat of a parasite’. But we still have no full conclusion on what the substance is, but there’s an obvious link to storm-9 and indriad.

Oh wow! That's really cool! I never knew about this. Guess this links to how Nihilego can brainwash people

How is madame x able to intercept fate something that only Cresent, Variya and the Puppet master were

able to do?, how does she know of spacea of tiempa?, why does she have a time diamond?, why is she so kind to maria but cold towards everyone else? what is her identity?, why does rune/puppet master regard her as invincible when she was fearless against clear and kieren? what is she after, is it the energy that naveed mention that is harvested from humans, is that why she wants to kill everyone, to harvest that energy? what would she do with it anyways? why is she after the archetype if thats the case? and why do clear-kieren and madame x's goal clash a lot but they still work together? surely harming everyone isn't madame x's only intentions there has to be another reason why, right?

Clear and kieren: who is thier master? who is eden? was she supposed to be an alternate version of Risa Brunnete? why are they hell bent on resetting the world if they don't have the same goals as xara and jean?

Variya: who is she, a supervisor? is she the one who built the obelisk with nymeria? is she the 3rd piece of the original deity just like adrest? if so then why does adrest refer to her as "mother"?

Anju and Vitus (and Nymeria): what is essence, why does vitus need it? did they fuse into anju or was anju brainwashed? why does anju say that she has to save someone when we meet her at the back of indriads mansion? what happened during the battle for hiyoshi city? what is nymeria's fate? what about the strange house in kugearen (the house in which we recieve the weird diary)?

some questions i thought were interesting to think about 🤔 also sorry for my grammar its 4am in the morning and i can't go to sleep

Also one thing about this Indriad's essence is very interesting. In the battle against Geara in Saki's gym,  Geara's sprite no long has this spirit thing next to him anymore. I'm not sure if this is because Natasia didn't find all 1000 pieces of him, or because his soul got tore up he lost whatever that spirit thing was?

He  also mentions how he 'lost his rage' after you beat him, suggesting that whatever possessed him was the one that gave him all of these negative emotions?

We'll have to see whatever the hell it is Damien collected after the Indriad spirit cutscene in Anju's estate. I still lowkey believe Nim is straightup Nymiera but somehow manipulated by Indriad, but who knows

Something I was thinking about is what if Madame X is Celine. What if the ritual that she had to before where the current team Xen headquarters is a ritual that splits herself in two. Where one side fights for truth and the other fights for ideals. The ritual is finished if done correctly with the two sides ending in a stalemate. But what if the ritual is failed, and one side wins. I do not remember which one of the stones either the white or black stone that Alexandra said the Celine brought back was, but this would explain why Madame X knows so many things and why her face is black and hair is black.

What if Celine is trying to set up both sides of the prophecy, the light and the dark prophecy to she which side wins out. She built the league to test the members of the light prophecy, and team Xen to unite the dark prophecy members.  If the ritual scene that I described is how it went down then it would make sense if Madame X represents the truth, of that the dark prophecy will more likely happen. And then the other half of Celine representing the ideals, with the completion of the light prophecy being better for the world.

Interesting idea! This could be plausible, and a very unexpected take in a way. However, a main weak point of this theory would be the fact that if Celine was split into herself and Madame X every time the ritual was completed, wouldn't Alex, Damien and co know about this splitting process? The way the story was narrated make it seem like Madame X did a surprise attack on Celine and still no one seems to know who Madame X truly is.

There are also interactions that suggest that Madame X is more likely to be other characters (either in future,  an alt timeline or parallel universe) such as Melia, or perhaps Erin, etc. The man that  gets grabbed by Cosmia during the Kristelline side quest can later be found in near the Ligosomnia machine and says something like "Madame X was the friends we made along the way" (obviously a joke, maybe like an Alpharad reference) but the fact he got kidnapped despite going to say this as a joke may be a foreshadowing that Madame X is someone part of  the more close knitted group associated with the MC.

One interesting notion could be that there are multiple Madame X's out there and maybe Celine could be one of them? Or maybe it's Celine from a parallel universe or something.

Like the idea though, very interesting to think about

Yeah, I was just stating that I'm skeptical of the idea of Indriad fusing with Anju to form Angie because Geara shared the same aura simultaneously. Do we know who burned down the Wispy Tower?

Didn't Narcissa in her performance  story telling mention a black hair woman or something standing  on top of the tower as it burned down? I  vaguely remember  something like this right before her gym battle

  14. I think the mystery house in Kugearan may either belong to Madame X, Indriad or Eden (Eden more likely imo)

The reason why I don't think is Clear and Kieran is because they have no specific reason to be there? Although the Keta statue I suppose could be related?

In the  room, there are SEC robots, a whole stone statue of Kenneth, and statues of Anju and Nymiera/Hazuki/Madame X (can't really make out this one) which bashed in and missing faces (except for Kenneth's one). There is a map of post-storm-9 Aevium (although it doesn't say you know how many years after but it's assumed to be a map of the present time). There is also a diary that mentions the relic song which has been said by Indriad in a flashback to be a requirement to access and open up the Archetype (sorta like the ocarina of time I assume).

Now let's look at each of the possible characters I've mentioned.

Eden: He was the one who was assigned to look at Past Aevium, but was later taken out by Crescent, according to Clear and Kieran. We do know that at this point in time Crescent possibly could have encountered Eden in the past, since Amberrette town and Kugearan are quite close to each other. Furthermore, according to Melia, at some point in time in the past, Crescent would suddenly change personality and then go rogue, after finding something out (according to Melia's diary in Amberrette). If this Crescent during this time were to find out about the mystery house and the contents, and take Eden out, then she'll likely know something weird is happening.

Indriad: Probably the least likely one, because well  having a mystery house above ground is kinda not the smartest thing to do haha

The only real connection here is the fact only Anju and a statue of presumably Hazuki is seen here (since in Mariannette's house we see Anju and Hazuki's rusted weapons) and the relic song diary. However he should already know about the relic song's purpose so I don't see why he would still need a diary...

However this doesn't explain the Keta statue as Indriad has had ZERO involvement with Aelita's backstory and WLL  etc.

Madame X: Also not too likely, as she hasn't been the one  to directly interfere with the lives of Anju, Hazuki, Keta, etc. The relic song diary could be something they just discovered? One interesting thing to note is that this house had a different layout in V12, and when you read a diary that was supposed to be Madame X's, she grabs it before you can look at it and then vanishes. So it's possible this house could be her hideout? This could also explain the Weird Diary that explains on the process of creating Shadow Pokemon (as only Team Xen are involved in this).

Or this could be a base for Madame X, Clear, Kieran and Eden? This might make the most sense as Clear - Kenneth statue. Madame X - Weird diary. Kieran - SECs?

    What do you all think?

  15. A quick thing I wanted to mention is I find it interesting how MC essentially is host to multiple souls, and Cassandra says in her Xenpurgis project how it's not possible to actually merge souls together but only have them in a node?

Perhaps this is one way the Xenpurgis can be destroyed? Just an interesting thing I noticed

    • Hmm 1
  16. Hey all so I just finished my V13 run from the start and I took notes of important plot points and hidden info from side quest stuff.

In particular I wanted to share something I found in regards to that Madame X armour factory under Amethyst Cave

When you first meet Alexandra  (known as April or Krystal back then) at Amythest Cave, she tells you to figure out a way to open the door to get the Solrock Lunatone fusion thing.

When you work your way through the panels you end up fighting SECS that controlled a Regirock and Registeel (both shiny). The interesting thing is once you beat the battles it says both regi's moved back into their caves or something along those lines. The SEC's here for one don't have personality like the one we see in the Nightmare Realm or Caratos, and they  say the following "Users J and X not detected, attack mode will now commence". This  J and X HAS to be Jean and Xara right?

See the issue with this is, we're not told anything about whether Xara/Jean or Clear/Kieran are involved in anything under Amethyst Cave, and how these robots got the Regis is also a I have no idea moment. I'm actually assuming that the regis that the SECS were using are the real ones, and that the Protectors of Aevium haven't 'caught' them but can just summon them to fight alongside with (kinda like how Saki took control of Registeel  in the nightmare realm against Hazuki)

Now onto the Madame X armour

When you first activate it, you see  a red looking time crystal onto the converyer belt, and then the message of WARNING, VITAL COMPONENT CORE#1 MISSING - 10 sec before automatic completion. Then you get a white suit/statue? of Madame X's armour.

There's literally no instance in the game where anything could replace this 'vital component' except for what I think are 2 things:

    1. Black shard crystal, and maybe the red time crystal looking thing is a crimson quartz? but then what's the other 'missing component'?

    2. One of those mysterious black boxes (or as the Axis High nightmare students call them, brains...)

Again, there is so little information, and we still don't know the purpose of this armour factory or what that red time crystal even is. But Kieran/Clear or Xara/Jean definitely is involved here somehow,  and are likely allies of some sort.

I mean, we never got an explanation to why they paired up with Madame X on Eclysia Pyramid anyways right? How and when they teamed up is completely unknown but this bit of random info may be a link to the 2 party's relationship?

Another speculative thing I wanted to point out is that the gems used on Blacksteeple  to power up those sygil things are mostly purple, so likely are related to Amethyst Cave? During this arc, there is a mention of harvesting energy  via battles, and how dying gives more energy than normal? I believe this is some form of life or soul energy or malice energy of something that is related to the Ligosomnia Machine, as the machine required energy to sustain it right? Perhaps Madame X already was working with Kieran and Clear at this point of the game, who knows honestly?

We don't have a lot on the  purpose of collecting this negative/life/soul energy but if you think of that armour  factory in Amethyst Cave, well... where is it built near? A goddamn Grave Yard, which is full of spirits/death/etc you get my point.

Although  the Puppet Master is now  gone, I do believe there will be a future version in which that armour factory may be fully explored, because there is so many questions surrounding it. The fact that the armour can be reproduced could also suggest multiple Madame X's in our current dimension, so Madame X may not just be the 1 person. This may also tie in with how the Puppet Master says Madame X is undefeatable (because there's not only 1, there's heaps?) or why Madame X decides to save us in Kugeran explosion despite being the MC's enemy?

I'm going on a rant by now but tldr: Amethyst Cave is still very SUS and is linked to Xara/Jean or Clear/Kieran. We just need more info...

  17. Wait I have a question regarding the -20 karma on exposing Flora. If you chose the Erin path and tell Erin about Flora wearing a Bladestar uniform but don't tell Cassandra about what was underground, do you still lose the points? It feels kinda of weird though to lose the karma though right? Given it feels like the right thing to do?

  18. I think this part of the game has lots of bugs. For me, I haven't been able to find the rift dex entry yet although I assume its meant to be in the cave near the grunt somewhere. If you exit the dimensional rift upon entry and try to go in again, the game just loops you exiting out the portal and you can't actually re-enter. So yeah I'm not really sure but this whole area is quite buggy

  19. Hello guys, I was wondering where the rift entry for the Rift Chandelure is? I'm currently saved just before the fight (the grunt is standing in front of the white statue). I'm assuming the dex entry is meant to be in the cave because in the actual rift there are no items either.

Not sure if this is a bug. Thanks

  21. Hello guys, so the story of V13 has changed a little from that of V12. After the galvantula boss battle, you used to be able to pick up a room ID card from Melia's torn bag. However, you aren't able to revisit the bag in V13, and you're automatically sent back to Venam's house. Does that mean this key item is now gone?

Where would I find it now...?
