I think this was deliberate from the beginning. I noticed the breeder near the train accident in V9 wasn't handing out money either.

don't hesitate to post your save file in the " bug reporting " section ( if it concern reborn ) or in " savefile troubleshooting " ( if it concern rejuvenation ) , and someone will fix it for you.
Aww thank you so much! I actually just decided to use my old file and completely avoided the direction I was taking, but since it's a pretty major bug i'll be posting soon haha

Hey! I've decided to go by Kana on this forum, though that isn't my usual nickname. I'm a 21 year old artist who loves having a little bit of color in their life.
I've been drawing since high school but only found a major breakthrough in the past few years. I've been playing Pokemon for even longer, owing a great deal of my childhood to the game.

The town where you purify your Pokemon in Colosseum was gorgeous. I spent so much time just walking around town. The entire game's maps were really refreshing at the time...

Where do I go after Cella tells me I'm not welcome to stay with her? Kenneth said it was "getting dark", and now I just don't know where to go because I wasn't paying attention oops...nvm sorry, i eventually always find these things after i post lol
