After a lot and I mean a LOT! Of discussion I finally have a theory as to who Madame X is.
She is the daughter of Vitus and Nymeria!
I'll be providing my explanation asap, but I just had to share it.

I'm very happy to see so much contribution, I've started working on a complete timeline, but it will take sometime since I'm doing it very accurately (sifting through the countless events via the rxproj file)

So I know there's a billion threads about this by now, but I think it's finally time that we sat down as a whole community and finally solve this one.
This thread is by no means a complete theory, and will be updated as people add more information.
I'm going to lay down Madame X's basic known information, that will serve as the base for this speculation and we will build it up from there.
Madame X's known information.
So let's begin with Madame X:
Real name: N/A.
Gender: Female
Eye color (current): Red.
Hair color (current): Dark blue / Black.
Skin color: A very light brown.
Allies: Comet, Cosmia, Freya, Kieran.
What do we know: Madame X is a persona that existed for quite some time, according to what we gathered from the Goomidra's side-quest that is. She is the leader of the mysterious team Xen, and is after Melia's 'light' also known now as the archetype. She seems to be able to move freely between time and space with no constraints, clearly demonstrated at the intro of the game where she asks Marianette how many times Vitus (Indirad) is going to put her through 'this', implying that she has experienced this timeline multiple times already, she interferes with time yet again to save the interceptor and set him on the right course to stop the bomb from exploding at Kugearen city, when confronted she says: 'You don't know the countless problems you have created for me, yet... I find myself saving you each time, because you're important to everything. Why are you so important? Who are you exactly? Why are you interfering? You weren't here the first time. Who put you here?'. Later she finally understands that we are the interceptor.
Going by this information alone, I have arrived at my speculation, which is Madame X is Griselda, I'm basing this one solely on her hair and skin color. Stupid right? Yeah that's what I thought until I examined both sprites and realized that the skin color is a perfect match and the hair is just slightly darker, another thing to note is that both characters are presumed to be after the archetype. This would also explain how Madame X is familiar with Spacea and Tiempa, and also how she is able to freely move through time and space.
But Acedy, there are way too many holes in this theory! What about Comet and Cosmia? Why and how would she come in contact with Freya and Kieran?
Well yeah, you're totally right, I just said I'm basing this theory just off of her physical attributes lol.
That's it for now, I'm going to be constructing a complete timeline that will serve as a guide for us to better understand the events and then confirm information according to it.

we do have the files on a hard copy, but the last complete backup we have is from before the beta, just around the time when alpha finished. so unfortunately we do have to redo a couple of things, but we also still have a couple of separate files laying about that contain some fixes so not all is lost!! we just need to make sure that everything works without bugging out so we just gotta keep testing for a little longer! probably just a week extra at most, it's not too much really.

A lot of shit has been happening the past two days or so, but to put the long story short;
Someone apparently has managed to plant a keylogger on the shared dev drive and took control of most of our computers. We've managed to remove it from the drive, AFAIK everything's back to working as should and we've tightened up protection so this shouldn't happen again!!
But unfortunately we actually did lose a couple of scripts that were added during the beta while everything was freaking the fuck out and we can't roll back to a version where it's not gone, so unfortunately we'll have to delay the game's release a little bit longer untill everything's back in place and ready to go. This is also why the beta has been set back to 55% -- because now we need to test again if everything is working as it did before.
Also, I'd like to formally apologize if anyone was thinking that the game was gonna come out this week and that this was our good ol' tradition of trolling the fans at the end of the dev cycle, because we actually had something completely different in mind for the whole thing... Just that, well, this whole shitshow happened in between?? ngl this is probably the scariest fucking thing that's happened in the entirety of the time that i've been helping with the game (i'm talking about like 5 years and thats long hrgrhgh) and i'm still actually reeling??? but i'm just happy that i can actually log in to my account still because holy fuck this was not good for my heart

Nani? Drive as in Google drive? It just seems really odd that someone would be able to 'take over your computers' especially with no external programs... Although if a keylogger was in fact installed it would explain the deleted scripts / account changes (since it literally records the username/password for everything...) then again didn't you guys have the files on a hard copy o.o?

SpoilerIt's not too hard of a process.
The main thing you'll need is access to the PBS files of the latest version of Pokemon Rejuvenation, and RPGMaker XP installed, once you have those you can either modify or create an entirely new Pokemon at the section 'pokemon.txt' in the PBS folder.
To assign the rest of the visual stuff (sprite, icon, cry, etc.) you simply drop the desired sprite with the ID of that pokemon as the filename I.E 471.png, 471b.png, etc.
Once you have that you're good to go, but to obtain the Pokemon you need to enter debug mode through the game.rxproj file. (Which will also compile the PBS files that we just modified). -

Unfortunately, the answer to this is no.
To be as transparent with you guys as we can, our reasoning for this is that during the beta for V11, the update's contents was leaked before release, likely due to one of the beta testers having sent either the game or spoilers to an external group of people. As we were not able to completely pin down who the person was who leaked information, we had to cut down on a lot of testers and stick to a smaller group of people who we know are trustworthy. Our apologies go out to those who have been taken off the beta testing list -- but we want to keep the update's content a surprise for everyone and therefore don't want to risk people spoiling it for others as a result.
On a more positive note however! SpoilerOn the intro, you can play as Ana's model in an easter egg of sorts.
When Amanda asks for a password you can enter 3 different passwords:
4567 - Skips the intro (Boat)
9494 - Shows the text "....?" and changes your character model to Ana.
1111 - Enables legacy characters. -
