That's because the help quests from pre-neo East Gearen have been completed by Adrienn (I believe that's their name), thus you cannot complete that quest due to this, which requires the completion of the quest in pre-neo East Gearen.

Could you try re-downloading v12 again and try loading it up? If the problem persists, please re-post and I will assist.

The problem here is that the lady cannot walk past the ladder tile on the map, and thus cannot complete it's move route, therefore trapping you in a softlock. I could try to help you out if you post your save game data onto this thread.

It didn't happen to you because you interacted with her on her left, which will not softlock you as her move route is played differently if you are on her left. However, if you interact with her while on the tiles on top and below her, you will end up in this softlock.

By Library bit, do you perhaps mean the Blakeory Anatheum part? If so, I might've missed it.. I don't recall a dialogue like this. Is it when you're controlling the player character or when you control Melia?

SpoilerUhm, you're meant to be on the tile below that one to exit the building. Here, I marked the tile you're meant to push left on.

This happened to me as well but I was able to fix it by using the new multiple save files feature added in this version. ( I believe.)
I renamed the corrupted game with the error message to Game_2, and loaded a test save data as Game, then changed my options to Medium, changed back to my other save file, and it continued as per normal. -
In Hospital Of Hope, controlling Lavender, game crashes when fighting alongside Giratina and Braixen against the Scientists and my game locks me out due to the sprite resizer error even though i've already addressed this issue by changing my screen size.
The attached image is what I see when I attempt to start up my game during the battle against the scientists.
Attaching game file if you can possibly help me change my screen resolution back to medium?
Also cannot launch v10, i've tried, but I receive strange errors when attempting to do so.Thanks.

ANYWAYS
This time, the first thing we're covering are some upgrades to the sprites for the player characters. All of the protagonists that got a design overhaul in V10 have received a slight cosmetic upgrade to their backsprites! This is to make sure they're consistent in quality compared to the other backsprites that received an upgrade last week. I also actually forgot to upgrade Keta's backsprites last time (he actually has a complete sprite sheet in comparison to the rest -- so I didn't see his in the graphics folder at first. big oops), so his is included as well in this list. Before and afters in the spoiler below!
Next up is something some people might've been waiting for in the meantime as well; the design overhauls for the two remaining protagonists that didn't get an overhaul in V10 -- Alain and Aero! Both received a pretty significant upgrade in their designs, though Alain's a little bit more drastic in terms of color scheme and look compared to Aero. Each of their new looks can be found in the spoilers below!
Keep in mind that the protagonists' designs aren't made with a specific gender in mind, but are moreso designed with a personality in mind. You'll be able to pick any of the protagonist's designs regardless of whether you pick to play as a male, female or nonbinary protagonist!
And to finish this post off; last but not least, some more sprite edits of some major characters I forgot to upgrade last time. As with the others, you can see the differences in the spoiler!
so yeah maybe i have gone a bit overboard with the amount of sprites i did for v11 only already. BUT HEY at least it'll make the game more enjoyable!!! right??? ? ? i hope. my hand is dying
