So the problem seems to be the game skipping multiple lines of text in the beginning and some later parts when i noticed it thus restarted to find out what i missed. Here it skips some line and puts go on a single line and then the rest.
It seems to be an error with the code where no Stop is initiated after the line finishes. I missed a lot from this aswell

Usually, when the development hits 100% Jan adds another bar for testing, but it's something hard to measure because you can't know how many bugs there will be and how long will it take to fix them. I'm sure you wouldn't enjoy a game full of bugs that interrupt the flow of the gameplay or stop you from being able to continue playing, right?
The ??? likely won't stop v10 from coming out. She could just not have it at 100% until deemed ready to roll out

It isn't a bug, to get to the side quest door you need to ditch Maria which comes later. To get to the building by the pool you have to find a key in the maze.
