@Zander I think you meant to say it has to be a male to make a Gallade, for Gardevoir it can be male or female, but to get a Gallade you need to use a dawn stone on a male kirlia.

I don't think so for that you would need to get debug mode and add those tm's to your game itself

Either get the mod for this game that allows you to teach egg moves through the mover relearner.

or ask someone to do the breeding for you, or to have them put them move on for you

That early in the game is kinda hard for ev training
all mons with attack evs, but imk sure the only mon you can find now is another poochena to grind off of and to farm for it would be the have some of the power items at least but those are later in the game as well, could ask for them thou I have a few of each

Just started Pokemon on Episode 18. Keen to know if there is some advice and tips on EV training early game already. Any input will help and guides.
Could only find a episode 15 guide.
Got a shiney Poocheyna with Adamant Nature that I really want to EV train on Attack and Speed. Currently only farming Poocheynas and Skunktanks for EV. Is the norm still 130 pokemon to max out EV on one attribute like speed? (Without attacking other trainers and pokemon).
How far are you exactly in the game currently? would help so I can tell you certain areas to train at, I could also give you a list of moves for attack and speed evs.
and as a last option you can ask someone to ev train your mons
