so i was wondering around a map and got a encounter but a weird yhing happened plz help

well i havesome advices like buying revival herbs it revive your pokemon to max hp which can help like when you fight the mono dark use the umbreon to heal all your pokes because  hes  only move is foul play oh also x iteams yea they are in the eight floor of the department store but a am telling you they are worth the grind this tips work for me and i did it on my second try

hello i  was playing normally and i found the d rift garborder i died the first time but the second time i just hit the wall and get stuck or fight garborder but then my character just walk through wall and also get stuck please someone help
