In the 7th street, theres a guy in a white robe that starts the quest if you have a helix fossil in your inventory

I am tryng to do the ordeal of the helix quest, but the npc is not taking my farfetchd i dont know why. I have a helix fossil in my inventory and i am in ep 17 with 13 badges.
