Wow JellyMan this is a really amazing team!!! ^v^ I have to give you 11/10 since the team is completely flawless!!! Watch out for Spikes and also Cryogonal is a threat since it runs Freeze Dry and HP Ground, but on a more serious note you're one of the strongest NU players ever please you have to teach me how to use Feraligatr!!! :DDDD <3

Ni hao murlan. Looking at your team it's pretty weak to a lot of NU stuff, you don't have much coverage and you don't have a way to deal with hazards when you have 3 mons weak to it. I've edited it for you and made it a lot better. Let's begin.
So Cradily isn't really a good SR Lead plus you're using pain split when it gets recover imo you're better off replacing it for the probopass which helps answer a lot more stuff than cradily does while also giving you momentum:

There are men, women, and children amongst us. Only men can be chosen to be man makers, to make men out of women and women out of children. In the Mulanos region located across the sea west of the Hoenn region, a powerful man maker came forth from the heavens and spied upon a woman, who had just recieved news that her aging father was summoned by the chinese emperor to fight againt the Huns in a great battle. The womans name was Meulin, and that evening during dinner, her father made an announcement at the table. "I will have to fight against the Huns, for if we let them storm our homelands, they will make women of us men, and children of us women, and then reverse the process all over again so that they will make us Huns." Everyone was in shock, and even Grandmother Fa passed out at the news but nobody seemed to notice. Meulin stood up and exclaimed, "NI HAO MA! You are old and frail father and you will surely die in this battle!" Meulin's father banged his fist on the table and stood up tall and proud. "KONI CHIWA MADA FAKA I am as old of a man as you are a woman!" Meulin was taken aback by this and started crying as she ran to her room. Into the night, Meulin could hear the whispers of her mother and father, talking about how much of a woman Meulin was, and how much of a man her father was. But Meulin had enough. She prayed to the chinese gods to be made into a man so that she may take her fathers place, but nobody answered her. But the lord man maker was still watching her, carefully observing her every move as if she was an animated disney movie. He approached her, gliding on air through the window of her room and hovering in the air. Meulin tried to let out a womanly scream, but in the presence of the lord man maker it became a mans voice. Everyone rushed outside to try and find which man screamed, but to their disappointment, they found nothing. "My name is Lord Emvee," said the man maker. "I hear you want to be made into a man." Meulin nodded and Lord Emvee disappeared into thin air, but his voice remained and echoed so that only Meulin can hear it. "You must first sneak into your fathers room undetected, and obtain the the manly armor of your father." Meulin silently crept into her fathers room, and saw him asleep on a hard manly pillow filled with rocks. Meulin stripped the womanly chinese oriental dress she was wearing until she was completely bare. She then walked over to her fathers armor, and silently slipped it on. The lord man makers voice echoed once again "now make your way to the stables undetected and take your fathers sword and horse". She did so, and as she picked up the sword and looked at her reflection through it, she saw her womanly hair waving in he wind. "KONI CHIWA MADA FAKA CUT YOUR HAIR WOMAN!" With a swift slice, Meulin cut her hair off. Thunder boomed in the night sky and lightning flashed in all directions. Meulin used the hair and tied it to her chest, to look even more manlier. She then mounted her fathers horse, and turned to face Lord Emvee. "How can I repay you for this deed," said Meulin. Lord Emvee smiled. "Meulin, ... Meulan... MULAN!" Immediately, the ground shook, and the world had changed. Meulin wasn't Meulin anymore. Meulin was Mulan. "You shall now be known as Mulan to everyone," said the lord man maker. "I give you three parting gifts on your quest to make men. I give you Kricket, a fauthful companion on your journies. His name is Void, and he is a powerful man maker that goes chirp chirp. Next, I give you Mushu the man making red Dragon. His name is Deputy Red, and even though he is small just like something else that I will not talk about, he is a wise companion that will guide you on your quest to manhood and to become a man maker. And then last but not least, I give you the chinese army, commanded by two of the most powerful man makers apart from myself of course since I am the one true lord of men and man making. Their names are General Shang (DAVIDpwns) and LilOU. They will help you to defeat the Huns and rid the world of reverse Mulans". And so with that being said, Mulan rode off into the night on his horse, with his companions Kricket and Mushu, to join the chinese army and become a man maker. The commotion had awoken his father, who ran out and saw Mulan riding off into the night. The legend says as Mulan rode off to join the army to fight off the huns, the echo of his father still followed behind her. "MULAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!"
And so you see, it was I that set Mulan on his path to glory and manmakinghood. In the region of Mulanos, there are many kinds of different species of Pokemon. But only you can find them all, and use them to conquer the Huns as well as the reverse Mulans. As Arceus is the lord of Sinnoh, I am the lord of Mulanos, and maybe of all other regions. And always remember, that regardless of whatever religion you may or may not have, to make sure you don't end up like [inD]Tianboz: Seduced by the reverse Mulan known as Shurtugal.

Glad this thread was made. I would just like to say that what happens on the server is aside from what goes on in the forums, and this minor incident which didn't harm anyone + spurred other members to join shouldn't even need a punishment. It happened 2 weeks ago for 15 minutes and nothing like that happened again afterwards. Still surprised that two weeks later they can't get over it, but that's besides the point. If the people in charge are really that stubborn then I feel 1 week would be fair at most.

How about you all just shut up and stop the whole "My Dick's Bigger" thing. It's not about being a "real man" or about weather or not the crime has to do with nations or not. The fact is that they did indeed commit a crime. This punishment is to teach them to not be fuck ups again. Pardon my language, but if you want to bitch and moan, do it elsewhere. Make a complaints thread about it or whatever and see if the ones dealing the punishment actually care. Punishment is punishment. Accept it and move forward and hope the condemned don't do anything like this again.

1. You're absolutely right Winter, the petition is up, but that thread is highly suspect because of the thread's author and the names on it already. I absolutely do think the project was rolled out with a few problems, but I don't think the worst of them is being suspect to a month long bar from competing. That being said, Apophyll members would only miss ONE battle under said suspension, and that's hardly a cause to stand up and make noise over.
2. It's most certainly not going to improve if we don't act civil and offer suggestions as opposed to bellyaching.
3. If you have a suspension, serve it. Being barred from Nations is hardly even a punishment if you look at it from a big picture.
Yeah like I felt maybe if we all voiced our opinion about how uncivil the punishment was (like 4-5 weeks on a forum tournament for something harmless that happened in 15 minutes on the server? Hello?) it would enlighten the people responsible for enforcing this punishment that this is probably not the right thing to do. And as much as I don't care about PokeNations, I'm just trying not to let an already failing tournament fail even more and to give people the opportunity to play.

In the FAQ; this was covered. Arceus is treated as a normal type because it uses a non form-changing mechanic to change typing.
Jacze was supposed to be on the list; it was an error in typing.
As far as Roo is concerned; and to a lesser point Rewer. It's a spam incident for a reason. Not a single post incident. Rewer posted twice, ten minutes away from each other. Under other circumstances - that would never be viewed as any sort of participation. Roo didn't even post what was posted in the spam incident.
If you are going to put out a suspension; you have to know the difference between each factor within a group. It's a basic procedure in any spot of authority. That being said; I control the fate of my people anyway; so let me handle that. I already began doing my thing in week five. - Wtf does this even mean LOL
It didn't even hurt anyone though and it wasn't any kind of destructive post like a bad link or a bad word or phrase so I don't see why these people have to be punished. As much as I don't care about PokeNations others might so maybe instead of being salty and punishing people for multiple weeks over something harmless that happened on 1 day for about 15 minutes you can be a better auth and let it slide? Cuz I'm sure most people (besides you auths) would disagree with allowing this negative enforcement on your part, plus it's kinda dumb and bias isn't it? :]

Yeah not to mention that certain people got discluded from this as well. Like I don't even care about PokeNations I just wanted to have fun but I've always found the auth system here to be a little absurd.

Not sure why I'd get put onto a team just as I am banned from playing makes no sense reborn logic is weird. It was clean fun nobody got hurt from this. If you're gonna take this seriously and get butthurt you're just making yourself look bad.

Aegislash is slow as hell without Shadow Sneak and Ambipom can simply U-turn its way out of trouble. No threat from Aegislash when Ambipom is immune to Ghost, Trevenant is immune to fighting (but will have to watch for Ghost hits), and half his team can tank an Iron Head no problem.
1. Yeah umm, so Aegislash can hit a max of 240 speed which outspeeds Bisharp.
2. Why would Ambipom wanna U-Turn on Aegislash?
3. Aegislash runs more than just Shadow Ball hello and Ambipom can't do crap to Aegislash.
4. Why did you mention Trevenant?
5. Iron Head isn't as common as Sacred Sword and Flash Cannon, and the pokemon you say can "tank" that die from Shadow Ball.

Anyways to solve this issue I'd just replace Ambipom for Specs Hydreigon and then get rid of defog and make your Zapdos more offensive in SpAtk since you already have a Rapid Spinner which is Donphan, or just replace Rapid Spin on Donphan for something like Knock Off and keep Zapdos the way it is I guess.

You're contradicting yourself huge; perhaps you should take a look and see that post is even more useless in the sense that you're straight bashing someone else and not applying even a hint of something that could be remotely useful to new people.
For the record, being at the top of the OU ladder doesn't mean in any way that one is the best battler here, especially when ~60% of this community (probably more) doesn't take laddering seriously. The best thing you can do here is to experiment with everything, in tournaments, friendly battles and laddering if you're feeling it. The difference in metagames between here and other Pokemon places like Smogon are actually minute with the new generation, but enough to allow unforeseen strategies to have a surprising impact. I can't say I've delved into it all, and truth is, no one knows all the strategies and tricks to competitive battling; there's thousands of different ways to go in each tier (my Pikachu in Ubers last gen, fluky as it may be, is such an example).
Long story short, if you really want to be a solid battler, do your own thing and only take advice if you truly deem it necessary. Trial and error will help you find your own jive and allow you to draw up a strategy which allows you to not only succeed but to have fun with it as well.
Not really. Honestly I'm not sure how his post could have helped anyone out in competitive battling at all. I probably wouldn't have said anything about it if he hadn't called me out, but seeing as that wasn't the case, my expertise needed to be involved. And I agree with you that being top OU on the ladder here doesn't make you the best battler, but the one with solid teams, good prediction skills, and plentiful experience most certainly can stand a chance at it! But doing "your own thing and only taking advice if you truly deem it necessary" doesn't work if you don't have any prior knowledge of competitive battling, which almost everyone starts off as. True, you can look stuff up on your own but the stuff you look up is pretty much the same as taking advice. You have to learn to walk before you can run, and in this case, you can't learn to walk unless you get help doing so (whether it be from online resources, or from people with experience)! Also to everyone else: I may come off as arrogant, but in reality I'm just trying to help using the various knowledge I have of competitive Pokemon so please don't get the wrong idea! :]

i swear heroic your becoming my least favorite person here now....
but anyways Just build a team that fits YOU is the main tip of the day... helped me when making my team, i was like "you know, Aggron is really awesome and now that it has a Mega... I wanna use it more, and that Trevanant, after using it once i wanna use it again and again" so i kinda built a team around them... a stalling team... Its painful but funny and works some of the time (i need to breed me a sylveon at one point...)
Oh and Don't worry about laddering... just focus on battling some people and that If you want to proof you are the Best... well if Tenshi was still here... you would have to prove it by beating him but he isn't here so yea.
No offense, but this post made me smile a little because it has the most useless information for anyone trying to learn competitive battling.

We should also discuss banning moody. We all know that with the right combination of boosts it can sweep through an entire team, but the difference between moody sweepers and other sweepers is that it is entirely luck based. By getting rid of moody, the metagame will become more about skill than leaving players at the mercy of the rng.
Agreed. Even though it can be quite fun, Moody is quite cancerous, and generally Moody users win by luck. There is no counter to to it, other than Unaware, and nobody is gonna run Unaware Quagsire or Clefable just to beat Moody. It's a no-skill tactic and should be banned.
EDIT: Yeah Unaware doesn't work either if Moody Smeargle Baton Passes into a Pokemon with Mold Breaker, like Haxorus for example.

So, moving on from that... What about the current Ubers suspect to move down to OU? Zygarde comes to mind. If I recall correctly, it wasn't Ubers material at all. And what about Manaphy? Is the weather nerf so impacting that it warrants Manaphy to be moved down? AND WHAT ABOUT DARKRAI?!?! *shot* Joking aside, Manaphy should spark some decent discussion hopefully.

Yeah I agree, the current Pokemon that are listed to move down from Uber to OU are perfectly all right. Also I brought up a discussion last night about Darkrai and Shaymin-S on the server, and we all had some nice discussions about it. Though, it's kinda obvious that Shaymin-S is way too overpowered for the OU Meta-Game due to Serene Grace (Seed Slare SpDef Drops, and Air Slash), along with good coverage moves like Earth Power, etc. I don't think that could be considered as suspect, but Darkrai is iffy. I can see potential OU counters/checks like Conkeldurr, Mega Heracross, SpDef Hippowdon, Mandibuzz, Clefable, Talonflame, Scarf/SleepTalk users, etc. The added Fairy type to Gen 6 does allow for resistance against Darkrai's main STAB as well as its commonly seen Focus Blast. Although, moving Genesect to Ubers and putting Darkrai on suspect is kinda counterproductive, as keeping them both in OU would probably be a better balance.

I'm surprised no one is talking about Mega Kangaskhan, or Mega Lucario yet, I don't think Mega Gengar was mentioned yet either. But I may have just missed something someone said. As far as Mega Lucario is concerned, I'm perfectly fine with it staying OU, however, I can see it being Ubers because of how well it runs both Physical and Special sets. You won't know what set it's running until you see it set up, and often it might be too late to react. If you see one and think "Oh, it's gonna be physical, so I'll just switch to my physical wall and cripple it." Boom, Nasty Plot, and vice versa. I can't even think of much that even walls Mega Lucario either, besides Jellicent walling the Physical variant.(Unless it carries Crunch). The same argument has probably been made elsewhere, so I won't really elaborate any further.
On to Mega Kangaskhan. I'll be honest, I don't have much experience with 6gen battling, but from what I have experienced, combined with what I've seen from popular wifi battlers(examples being shofu, pokeaimMD, etc) this thing is extremely powerful. Every battle I've seen with it before its ban, it almost always stomped through the opponents team. Granted there were a few times where it failed to do so. Obviously, my word isn't to be trusted as much as someone who has battled a lot. I'm basically just typing from what I remember. I'm sure someone will address these Pokemon better than I can.
That being said, the other Pokemon should be addressed as well. That's why they're suspect to begin with.
The Megas listed don't even need to be mentioned. They're broken and should be banned. :] Also I have pokeaim on skype he's a cool guy.

Please, come to the table with experience before suggesting to ban Rotom-W. You sound really silly, no offense.
Anyways, the reason being is that Rotom-W is just not even close to being broken. It has way too many counters, and way too many checks.

Despite losing two resistances, I think Genesect specifically in Reborn has gotten stronger with 6th gen because of the weather change. Previously we had an over-abundance of weather teams which would almost be guaranteed to run swift swim/sand stream/chlorophyll sweepers that had no problem out-speeding and striking down a typical Genescarf set. Since we no longer have that constant overflow of speed it's much easier now than it was last gen for Genesect to find room to get its momentum going.
This is the main reason that my stance on Genesect has changed. Previously I defended it staying in OU but in this meta, I do believe it's problematic.
You have a point that weather in the last generation made it possible to beat Genesect a lot easier, however, people didn't run weather teams just for the sake of beating Genesect. Plus, in this generation the use of items such as Damp Rock allow for extended weather conditions. I feel like the newly added stuff are trying to outweigh the balance scale of limited weather, so there would be new ways to take down Genesect, as well as the old ways from Gen 5. It is because of the limited weather that many people are reluctant to run all out weather teams like they used to (not because they are incapable of doing so, but because they don't want to), but it is entirely possible to bring that back with the use of weather extending items. I myself have made a rain team with Damp Rock Politoed for this generation, and it does extremely well in the meta game, and has no problems with Genesect at all. People not using it doesn't make Genesect broken.
