Crud, I didn't get to those before finishing the section. Is there a way I can attempt the puzzle after Espeon and Glaceon have returned to their owners?

In reborn is there any way I can get the Deerling line to change forms?

Both in the description and its implementation, Conversion as implemented in E17 seems to pick a random move from your movepool to change your type to. That is, my Porygon-Z with Discharge/Nasty Plot/Conversion/Tri-Attack will end up either Electric or Dark type after using the move.
 

[Where is Fletching?]

Of the three 'Teknite Ridge' locations (the top right where the main jump puzzle is, the left that takes you to Teknite Cave 4F, and the far left on the other side of 4F), which were you able to find it at? Encounter rates seems similar between the three, but this little OP bird being only in one place would make sense.

Possibly time based. I wasn't encountering Talonflames or Minior for the hour or two I'd tried before, but coming later produced tons of them.

That or I've got bunk luck. One of those.

[What strategies do you use to battle leaders/bosses?]

I abuse BP teams (the inclusion of a certain Z-move made me inordinately happy). Drifblim blasting minimize and Scolipede have cheapened sooo many fights for me.

Or I do something super weird. One playthrough I passed in a Shelder that just wrecks face. Another was a team of glass cannons-- Banette, Blaziken, Sharpedo, and the like.

Has anyone confirmed this aside from the Dex? Spent probably 2 hours sweet scenting the grass near Corey's gym. Also, none of the grass in the graveyard spawns Pokes.

Anybody else having problems with getting Salandit? For me it just that last sleeping Crustle in front of this cave, I cant ineract with it while having rage powder. I also checked while I fly with rage powder to mansion i lose it (while stepping on shaky stone there isnt notification that I lost it) but if I surf with it through Ametrine Cave it still there (notification while stepping on shaky stone shows up - checked on the last shaky stone on the path). Also both powders works fine on onther Crustles. Anybody can relate/help?

 

The mentioned text worked exactly fine for me, Flying doesn't lose it.

Yeah, my boss-killing Ambipom doesn't have a solid 4th move (Protect and Fake Out being the other two).

Last Resort seems to fail if the pokemon knows less than 4 moves, is this intentional?
