Marill and Azumarill appear at the part of upper route 4 accessed by climbing waterfalls from Agate city

Its in a cave somewhere on route 4. You'll need rock climb and heat wave to get it i believe

[Looking for Silvally Rock Memory e19]

Im looking for the rock memory for Silvally. If I remember correctly it used to be in the Rhodochrine Jungle pre-e19, however i cant find it there now. Any help would be appreciated.
