Oh, sorry for the redundant post. Didn't see any mention of it when I went looking.

Comfey's signature ability, Triage, should give priority to all healing moves - both status moves and damaging moves like draining kiss (according to Bulbapedia at least). But when battling, Comfey would move after opposing mons (who weren't using priority moves) despite using draining kiss.

 

To test this further, I fought the Tsareena in the Salon in Obsidia. My Pachirisu's Quick Attack was stopped by Queenly Majesty, but Comfey moved after Tsareena when using Draining Kiss, and this attack wasn't negated by Queenly Majesty, so it probably wasn't given priority. When using synthesis Comfey did move first, so I imagine this is an issue with damaging, draining moves only.

 

The only other drain move Comfey can learn is Giga Drain via move tutor in USUM, so while that hasn't come to Reborn yet, it's probably worth mentioning since E18 is on the horizon.
