I was wondering if anyone could help me out with evolving my charjabug into a vikavolt in the yureyu key room of shade's gym. I'm going through ep.18 for the first time and wanted to use newer pokemon. Thank you very much in advance if you can help me.

I'm playing through EP. 17 for the first time and wanted to try out some new pokemon, so if anyone could help me with an axew and a skorupi with an ice stone and a shiny stone I could send you some shinies I've found already in return.
