Thanks for all your tips, I finally defeated her by training a Crobat with Acrobatics.

I've tried to beat her a hundred times but I can only get to mega-altaria with some luck. I'm posting a picture of my team and my saved file in case someone wants to give it a try. Any help would be appreciated. Game.rxdata
