Yea someone had told me that I had to talk to the people in the bottom left of the Pokemon center then the story will continue and you can battle the gym

I can't find the maids bracelet, I've read that it's by the window in the hedge puzzle but I can't find a hidden item or blue Pokeball containing the bracelet
