You are really stuck. I don't know how to get you out of this situation right now, but you can load a backup. You might have to go a few backups deep since you saved while you were stuck, but eventually you'll find yourself on a point where you weren't stuck.

Sooo I can't move at all in my game. I'm at the WTC and the mini me just stopped walking completely. I've tried quicksaving and restarting, but it still won't budge.  Idk how to fix it. ;-;

Okay, so... I'm pretty sure that at the WTC, the second time Titania is left stranded, the water level is supposed to go down and not stay raised. So, I'm more or less stuck in that area with no way of completing the puzzle and progressing with the game. I looked to see if I supposedly made a mistake and I couldn't find anything. I apologize if this is an inconvenience or I managed to miss something and waste your time with looking over the file.
