im playing rejuvenation btw

OK, so i'm at Blacksteeple Castle, and I increased the game speed, and i somehow got trapped in a blank space that i cant get out of. I tried to deleting the save file to return to the previous save file but it didn't work and i'm still trapped, pls help!
