I know Gen 8 starters can be got from the beginning, but can we still get them during or after the story for V13? Like a side-quest or some sort? For those who don't want to start over? Again.

So I have beaten the puppet master, got the badge, and now trying to find all the kimono girls... yet...I still can't go inside the judicial district...is there a reason why? It's still being blocked by the PoPos.

Playing the game again, something caught me off guard. When Erin asked Melia; if she can trust us "The MC". I could have sworn Melia said yes in my OG playthrough. But here, in my other playthrough, she flat out said she can't trust us. Am I tripping and she always said she couldn't trust us or did I do something in this current playthrough to change her mind about us?

My scripted take too long, so it saved during and turned off. When I restarted the game, everyone is stuck/frozen in the same spot.
