Hi all, I'm stuck at the aqua gang job application sidequest now...I cannot find archer in 7th street, neither in the original aqua gang hideout. Is there anything I miss? Or there's some problem with my savefile?

I came across the quest of an escaping black guy who broke the vase in Onyx School when searching volunteers for Adrienn. But at that time I sped up the game so I didn't see the dialogue and knew nothing about what happened. Could anyone tell me what that guy said? It would be very helpful. Also, how can this quest be continued? I couldn't find the guy who went to call the guard.
