is like reborn (not sure if the same rate i think that is a bit lower than in reborn but still more chance than in normal games) also you can paint your pokemons shiny with a paint jar ^^

There is also the option of reverting to episode 15 for better weather control.

Well i searched endlessly on the forums for the answer to my question and couldnt find it. How often does the weather change? Trying to get the blitzle that usually shows up beside to 1st gym for my team. (got a new computer and rip my old game)
