No, you can't use the yacht to get there until you speak with the person on the docks. The person appears a little bit later after you do some of the story in the dessert, iirc aorund the same time you can use the Claydol to get back. 

[Deino/other decent pokemon]

I'm pretty sure you can't get a dragon pokemon so early. If you're lucky you can get an Axew from the mysterious egg around the 4th or 5th gym (can't remember correctly atm), but this is predetermined and you can't influence what will hedge from the egg. The other dragons are only obtainable very very late, Deino for example just at the end of V12. Ralts is obtainable rather late or more in the late mid-game, but much earlier than the dragon mons. 
If you habe trouble with rock types, I recommend to get the Buizel in Gearan City.

For the gym leader: if I remember correctly, try looking right beneath the battle field. There is a really cliché hideout ;)

Hey guys,

 

I have a little problem. After I beat Crawli and got my 6 badge, I went in the cave on route 6. After all my pokemon were defeated, I was at the pokemon-center, but I can't leave this. Everytime I try to leave it, i just walk through the wall. I uploaded a screenshot and my savefile. So, if anyone can help me, I would be very grateful.

i'm locked in the prison cell after i played Emma. Now i don't know how to get out of this. In the corner is a stone that is cracked and discolored, but i can't do anything with it. My thought is, that i could open/break this with the mining kit, but i don't have this item...

Hey guys,

 

i have a little problem. After talking to everyone in Ametrine City i can go into Blake's Apartment where i usually should find Blake. But there isn't anyone, so i have nowhere to go (in Agate Circus & calcenon city (or something like that) i talked with everyone).
Ametrine Mountain isn't reachable yet because the woman is searching for her necklace. How can i solve this problem? Is there in EP 16 a new way to talk with/beat Blake?

Hey, i've got a question: is there any possibility to get Skrelp in E16 after clearing the poisonous water? Or is there still a spot with poisonous water where i can get one with the Good Rod?
