Hello. First of all sorry about my bad english but its not my native lenguage, but i do my best. I play in 16.2 version

Now to the point, my problem is i come to the 7th street and Bennet is not where he is supposed to be, in front of the door one of building in south part of the area. I try to load my save in older version 15. He is in front of of door but i canot start his event he is stack there no mater what I do.
