looking for some decent iv pokemon around 20+ in all iv stats AND/OR a perfect 6 iv ralts

i have the silver ring but i cant interact with any of his pokemon like the nidorina and skuntank, am i missing something?

i finished the quest. it took me 3 wishcashs though i killed one shiny for this quest.(the amount needed to catch may differ from yours)  this quest is definitely not a joke quest as the reward at the end of this quest, SOME people might find it useful and others might not find it useful
