So i did not do any of the help center requests early on in the game and now im getting stuck on the battle requests. I need to do the first one so i can unlock a lot of other requests but it is not available at the neo east gearen city help center.
Is there any way to do this after Neo gearen city?

I started the sidequest where i need to get rid om some monsters in the byxbysion wasteland for the railnet. I keep running around looking for the place. Anyone that can help?

well i guess that means no Flygon/trapinch and krisiline town help center for me then :(
