i think you are refering to Corin Rouge the pokemon thief is a really long quest that starts at Ep 1 when you pay 500$ for a rare pokemon and you get none  you have to keep following step by step until the quest is avaible the police chief will tell you 3 locations to find him

How to trigger the sidequest about the person at the police station looking for someone and the old team meteor member?

Someone please inform me of any sidequest u might know of that nobody could solve, right now i'm literally wondering what the dark material is for
