Does Pokemon Reborn have an NPC or something to tell you "Hey, maybe check this place out if you're lost?" because if not it probably should. There have been instances when playing this game in which I've skipped through dialogue and haven't known where to go. That's partly my fault, sure, but I'm more interested in the gameplay than the narrative. Even a tiny thing in the Pokegear that goes "maybe go here" when you select it would help. I can't find any up to date walkthroughs, and it sucks having to google another playthrough to figure out where I'm going.
If I'm crazy and there already is such a feature, woops.

I lack the technical know-how to make a fan-game, but I'd want to make a fan game with a bananas Metal Slug-esque military setting. Either that, or a fan game set in a feudal Japan inspired setting.
In the former case, gameplay segments would be separated into missions. At the start of each mission, you'd get to pick a Pokemon load-out to take with you (a team of two level 50 mons) and as you got further, more missions and load-outs would become available. The goal would be writing stupid scenarios you'd only find in an SNK game.
In the latter case, the player character'd be a ninja and they'd have to assassinate different Shoguns to get pieces of some sort of legendary Pokemon summoning McGuffin. The biggest gameplay gimmick would probably be something like Insurgence's delta mons i.e. a Fighting/Steel Farfetch'd with a katana, a Dark/Grass Sceptile with kunai, etc.

Local man only plays games with people who suck to ensure flawless victory. I like winning and Pokemon Reborn keeps putting me in time-out. RNG'd my way through a certain gym leader's gimmick and got really salty when I learned a certain ground move was a viable way out. That wasn't cool okay, but that's fine. I've lured you in with my half-rant, you've entered my stand's effective range. Now you're a sitting duck for my bad jokes and memes.
Real talk though, hi folks. I signed up with rentalrafflesia but most people call me nico. Neither name is capitalized because I've streamlined life so I never have to capitalize anything unless I'm in a place that doesn't allow chatspeak. Currently 20, born 09/30/1996. Hobbies include drawing, anime, JRPGs, spriting, chasing cats on the street, and playing otakubait games like Criminal Girls and Neptunia, the latter of which I'm slowly working through. I'm preferential to mecha, which makes my bizarre love for Jojo almost nonsensical. But hey, it just works.
Also I've found new love for Blastoise because it's a stupid turtle tank.
