I evolved the Igglybuff from the woman in Peridot, so can't return it to her, and I missed the Coral Happiny event before renovating the city.

Does Corsola still spawn in the underwater houses at Azurine lake in Episode 18? I'm wondering cause I've spent hours looking there and have not found a single one. Does it have a very low spawn rate? Does the time of day or weather matter?
