where can i get a kings rock? or rather the earliest possible place i can get one.

i've been having this weird error
i tried renaming my backs up as Game.rxdata but nothing is changing, ive went through 5 and was wondering if i should keep going or if my save file is really corrupted and i can't fix

when did charmander get dragon rage at lv 16? is this reborn exclusive cause i definitely remember it being metal claw at lv 16

where is togepi, i think i might have to grind up credits to either get ralts or settle for gengar cause tristan is kicking my ass.

bulk up blaziken, i had to go back and find that one heart scale you get pre mining to relearn hi jump kick, still was a pain in the ass to deal with bewear, you need a good special attacker to deal with that thing or something that can set up work up like 3 times.

in mount valor, turn the cave cold then go back to the entrance area and walk to the far right till you find a descending ladder leading to a chamber similar to groudons. it has no repercussion on the story i think but you do miss out on getting the railnet key (to get ralts from the wetland xen base)

you're in nightmare city which is towards the end of v9. when you updated to v9 you probably didn't go to the garen city pokecenter and got stuck in a changed map. ill put you in the right map. tried teleporting you out but its saying saved failed which i can assume its because you didn't get patch 10.
if you haven't download bugfix patch 10 which is right below the v9 patch link, do it. replace folders, open up the game and save it then post the game.rxdata and always remember to save in a pokemon center before a patch as they are rarely changed, unlike the 3rd gmy. After that the event will pushed you a bit back to when you actually get to the mansion.

togedemaru can be found on route 4 (post-4th gmy route), the shopping district is also another place to find it but thats pretty much towards the end of v9 in grand dream city.
