Having two psychic types in redundant. I recommend replacing Gallade with Lucario or Heracross (which may be useful in v12 onward).

it is available in the Sanctum in 7th street inside the locked room on the left. To get the key for that, you have to do a large quest that all starts with getting a wedding ring from a diving spot in Azurine Lake. More info can be found for the quest in this thread:

I'm pretty sure you have to go to the tree in Radomus' maze in Route 1, near the enterance to the maze, then interact with the tree, to go on with the story and into Ioila Valley to battle Luna's gym.

Pretty sure that you should go back to the girl. (You will never find the boy.) Keep the item.
