[Game crashes upon changing save file]

Upon further investigation, it seems like the game only crashes when one particular game file is in the Pokemon Reborn folder...

I am using some mods from the SWM modular modpack, but have been doing so for a while. Only recently did the game start crashing when clicking on 'Other Save Files'.

 

Edit: it actually crashes when attempting to open any save file other than 'Game' (the first one you make)

Yesterday I was still able to play multiple save files and freely switch between them (dark mono and psychic mono), but when I started my game today I got this message when I attempted to switch files...

And then it cuts off…

 

I hope someone can help me figure out what has happened here. I have already reinstalled the game, but that doesn't seem to have helped sadly

I'm fairly certain that this is not the right place for me to put this, but I have no clue where else I'd have to ask.

So... I was looking at my GAME.RXDATA files when my cat suddenly jumped onto my keyboard and mouse.

A few clicks and button presses later and all of my files are now notepad files, making it so that I can't play the game anymore!

Would anyone know how to revert the files back to their old form?
