Do you mean the mirage tower?

If so, you need to interact with the oasis first.For me interacting with just one made it appear,but some people said they had to interact with them more than once.

It's the same crystal puzzle/key quest with the dark type gym leader, you need Power Gem and Earthquake/Drill Run

It's not broken, there are 3 more Ariados you have to find before being able to cross the gap

I actually found them all, but they all disappeared and it doesnt count like I found them. Tried to reset the puzzle but all the ariados (except the last one) are completely gone :c

I got stuck on this line of gates that lead to Taka's place on the water treatment center. I double checked if I missed something, but I think I didn't :/
