  1. Not sure if this is a mistake on the guide's end or something wrong with my game but the lady in the flower shop won't tell me about the Budew password when you mention it. I don't know if there needs to be something else that happens before but even with messing with the switches and variables needed it doesn't happen.

  2. The Nincada encounter in the Byxbysion Wasteland should be bolded since that's the next available chance to catch it after the egg from Malchous Forest. The same can also be said about the Panpour and Pansear encounters in the Spring. In your strategy talk for the Rime badge you say that we have access to the Wide Lens when I think you meant Zoom Lens. In the Tanzan Depths the Geodude and Graveler that you find are their Alolan variants.

  3. I know it's supposed to be like a 1/10 chance that the blitzle is actually a wimpod but since we have the mono passwords shouldn't the bug and water passwords change that event as well?

  4. I was battling a purrloin in the beginning and when it used fury swipes an error appeared but nothing happened and the battle continued as normal but when it used fury swipes for the second time it crashed my game. Trying to make it happen again doesn't work so I'm not sure if it was a one time thing or just needs specific circumstances.

Just found out that it's a problem with the Ash-Greninja mod

If we're talking about the best Pokémon in the game we should definetly not forget about Chimchar. While it lacks the Speed Boost ability that people tend to pick Torchic for, it features the Iron Fist ability and a really nice move pool even in the early parts of the game. It also compensates its lack of Speed Boost with a higher base stat in speed than the Torchic evolution line.

With Mach Punch at level 14, in combination with the Iron Fist ability, and Flame Wheel at level 19, Monferno features 2 really good STAB moves even before the first badge, one of them even being a +1 priority move.

Also, depending on how far into the game you would call "early game", it even learns Close Combat as soon as it hits level 36 and evolves to Infernape.

It also learns taunt which is great if you know that you're faster than your opponent so that they can't use status or set moves.
