Yes there is! in the city where you go back in time, inside the pokemart they sell hyper potion! I used 1hour figuring out where I bought it

Torterra - drop bite, relearn leech seed. drop razor leaf, relearn wood hammer

Zebrastriker is ok

if you can find helioptile, catch it. dry skin heliosk is a godsend against valerie.

ludicolo - drop uproar, relearn energy ball. drop knock off, relearn rain dance.

Keep Zebrastriker alive and thunderwave everything. Torterra and ludcolo should be able to sweep everything. Remember to use consumables.

Thanks, i found out I had verison 6 of the game, so I updated the client to verison 7 and I beat it thanks, where do I relearn?
