For the Books Books freeze we recommend using back up save (instructions here).

This is because there have been reports of people walking into a wall whenever they enter the grand hall after fixing this specific glitch.

We can still fix it for you (let me know if you want this done) but if you chose to have us fix it it comes with the warning that there might be much more difficult problems to fix down the line.

Had no idea such a glich exist, guess the problem isn't as easy as obstructing the books with safer immovable objects huh.
