1. For the Pumpkaboo event in the Beryl Graveyard; how are the different sizes for Pumpkaboo/Gourgeist handled in this game? I tried catching some with soft resetting on different pumpkins, but everyone seems to be super sized (I think). Is that true or can you also get other sizes?
2. I looked at a lot of threads and even youtube videos, but couldn't find an answer: When is the move relearner (using Heart Scales) available in the game and where would he be?
3. I couldn't find the Budew on the wall between Peridot and Lapis Ward, neither in clear nor in sunny weather. It said in the Availability Guide that it should be available before Julia. Did something change to that event in E16?
1. Does the size really matter, except for aesthetics? I guess if you were trying to collect the various sizes, like how I catch all the Shinies I see, it would matter.
You could try breeding for the various sizes.
2. I don't know if this has changed for E16, because I'm still playing 15, but the Move Relearner is the person in Onyx Ward looking for the lost key. I think you find the key in Lapis.
3. I'm still on 15, so I don't have an answer for you on this one.

I caught the Zangoose that was roaming the alleys, and the guide I'm reading (written by Space_Cowboy) talks about a Zorua that is hiding in the alleys at the same time. I've been going through all of the alleys (unless there are more alleys that unlock after clearing Shelly's Gym?) and there is no sign of that Zorua. Is there a particular condition that I am missing, or is something wrong?

Karrablast evolves by trading specifically with Shelmet, but I don't know if Reborn would change that.

I didn't find any wings near the Grand Hall, but I found a Genius Wing under the rock in the tunnel between Peridot and Jasper. (before the guard)

Yes. Right after I posted that, I checked the guides again, and found I was reading Sophia's guide, which is apparently inaccurate.
Meow I'm trying to remember whether or not I made the same mistake with the Jasper Ward Emolga that I did with the Obsidia Garden Pichu: accidentally knocked it out instead of catching it. My team was too strong for that Pichu. I tried to weaken it, ended up one-shotting it. I'm thinking I'll probably start my game over so I can get all of these Pokémon I'm missing. I got the Teddiursa and Spoink, but I declined the gifted Kricketot,, killed the Pichu, and possibly killed the Tynamo and Emolga.

There's a cave in Beryl Ward? I was reading one of the guides here in the forums (Chubb's, I think) that was telling of a cave in the Rodochrine Jungle that had a caged Nidorina. I found a cave with a cage, but the cage is empty.

I realize meow that I was looking under the wrong weather conditions.
But I have now seen another Pokemon that is missing: the caged Nidorina in Rodochrine Jungle. I see a cage in a cave, but the cage is empty.

I just started playing a couple of days ago, with Episode 15.

So far I have noticed a few Pokemon that either disappeared or were never generated:
1. Teddiursa in Peridot Ward
After chasing it through all of its locations, it has now stopped appearing, but I have not obtained it.
2. Tynamo
This one might have been normal. I don't remember if I battled it without catching it or if it never appeared.
3. Spoink
This is the Spoink that you supposedly encounter near the old man in East Obsidia, after which it flees into the warehouse in Coral. I have had no such encounter.

I'm not sure if this question belongs here, but I think it does. (I literally just signed up for the forums, been playing Reborn for a couple of days.)
Does the Pulse Tangrowth change type? I noticed that when my Grovyle hits it with Fury Cutter, it doesn't give a super-effective message and the damage doesn't seem to make any significant increase.

It's been a long time since I've even played, I don't remember if you can buy them at the point I've reached, but you can find a few in various locations, usually hidden.
