The only way to obtain Azurill is to breed a Marill/Azumarill holding a Sea Incense.

It's in the diving area in Apophyll  beach...You have to dive and be really patient cause it's a really rare encounter (but really worth it )

Feed all his pokemon with pokesnaxs...Especially Golem, you have to feed it 3 or 4 times,

Make sure you have lots of those.

There are two exits one on the left and on the right...The one in the pic is the one on the right.

The left one the is a peak like this and you need strength to jump on the rocks...Then there is an entrance to another cave where you can find a TM ( can't remember which one) and rock climb...Which means that's as far as you can go

You need tailwind to clear the sandstorm and eventually jump higher those rocks

You need pokesnaxs in order to attract Gible...Every hole is leading to the start, so you fill the food plates, leave and come again...But you need to throw yourself in the right hole, in order to interact with a Gible

It's in that cave in the Hidden Cove...You have to Surf the lake to find it.

Inside that cave you'll also find Durant.
