Agree with others, steel types are most likely the best counter to Adrienn's team. Probably Hariyama is not that good vs Adrienn because its a fighting type? But if it has bullet punch, probably it'll be useful.
Personally I recommend durant. Fast and hits really hard. One intimidate is not a problem, since probably it still able to one hit something not named Mawile. I paired it with metagross, and the fight became very easy.

I believe I already visited all buildings in peridot multiple time and I can't find Simon for Tara ID tag quest. Do I need to do something else before? Maybe content related to previous ep?
There is an empty tall building with scattered books inside and I think it related to a certain side story from previous ep, but I can't think of anything else. I have found the body with missing name tag as well. -

does the quest chain ends with obtaining scope, or there is something more after I defeated all kecleons? The person in silph doesn't give any reward

I talked to the guy in silph co. but he's only giving me job applications although I already have the devon scope and cleared the magma gang job quest except for the boss. Do I need to clear job application quest first?

what should I do after getting devon scope model?
What to do with mulch? I think I already used my yureyu key to open a room in the powerplant (and get some items) before finding the first mulch (or talking with someone to start the quest) -

Need help for sidequests:
are whipped dream and moomoo milk held items by swirlix(?) and miltank? where I can capture miltank? can swirlix from sweet co. puzzle held whipped dream when rewarded?
where is devon scope exactly? should I enter from spyce side, or from devon corp side? The electric tile from devon side is uncontrollable.
what to do after triggering wedding ring - spoink pearl - randall's key? I've talked to 3 related npc when looking for volunteers.

what are the rewards/benefits for each option of restoration projects? I saw partial rewards here and there (Azurine-Chimchar, Railnet-Corin rogue quest, Slums-an item stuck behind a stair) but I want to know the whole benefits before choosing one.

Any ideas for volunteers? I think I'm only missing one or two out of 15, but still unable to find them even after visiting and searching each ward like 5 times. Are field moves like surf/strength needed?

Is there any difficult battles when doing sanctum sidequest? I want to hatch eggs while exploring sanctum.
