Perhaps clarify that the Lurantis / Simisage NPC isn't there just because you upgraded Azurine. Doing that adds a guy to the RPRP office in the employee basement, then talking to him spawns the green lady. And one that sorta counts is that the Yureyu Key got moved again, so the Venusaurite that he now has can be claimed just by talking to him again if you've already done the mulch quest during 16-17. Wonder what else got slapped into old places this time. Ran into a thick club in the tunnels that the Steelix boss makes in Tanzan mountain while looking for rock climbs, which I think was sold on 7th street and now it's not, so who knows what else is lying around.

Or Rhampardos / skull fossil. I've got some form of everything else in the game, so I can offer either A: Anything, but its stats would be whatever they happen to be, Or B: To make a baby of one of my actual team members, which would have all 29 - 31 in the stats that matter. Those are Greninja, Torterra, Magnezone, Crobat, Chandelure, and Klefki.

I can do Oshawott for a chimchar, or cranidos / rhampardos / skull fossil. Chim seems to be the only starter left that was never anywhere else, and I found my entry for cranidos to be empty after having already double mined every rock in the game. Btw, an NPC inside a house in Agate traded me a Litten for a Stantler.

I couldn't find it there, but I did get a talonflame at the place where your save menu says your at "Teknite Ridge."

I beat most of the 1-on-1 battlers with a shell armor Torterra that was bred with stockpile, and partially ev'd in def / sp. def cuz the more def you have to begin with, the more you gain from buffing it. (correct?) It starts with reflect / lightscreen by a prankster holding light clay, then let that die so torterra comes in fresh with the screens. If stockpile successfully reaches x3, which it will against pretty much anything other than ice types thanks to having potions in story mode, removing it with attack moves becomes impossible since he can't be critted. For the few that have an answer, caveman style is fine. Screens opening still cuz why the hell not, but then follow it with well-built glass cannons instead.

I also evolved all of them previously and was still able to return them. What it seems to look for is the OT, so its those who traded or released them that have problems. Supposedly, the work-around is to hatch eggs of those pokemon in 7th street.

No, there's a second electirizer in the lighthouse at coral ward, which you unlock with a key found in a divespot that you can't see behind the other lighthouse below it.

Changed the dates while going in and out of shade's gym and found the drifloon on a sunny day, cuz apparently it's also windy if the TV says so. And I can get into that windy nights only secret cave in chyrsolia forest when, as Ollie Williams would say, IT'S RAINING SIDEWAYS. (But not if there's lightning)

Haven't done that one in a while, but the way I remember it is once she gets the weed, she'll remain in the house doing nothing as you said, but will show up in a cutscene that triggers somewhere in 7th street when you go there.
Edit: happened upon another recently made topic about this which said that your time has to be something early morning like 6 - 7, for god knows what reason.
