Hi , i already completed Railnet and Obsidian projects ; also i'm pretty sure i already funded all 3 projects ( I can't do it anymore in Grand Hall ).
I'm missing Azurine restoration ( which i think i already paid for ) , but going on the island, there is no nature center ..

Is there a particular time to try waking up zubats in carotos cave with flash ?
Because right now , the cave is not dark , therefore it says that i can't use flashEDIT :
The first time i entered the cave i didn't have flash , so next time i had to " talk " to my previous position to reactivate the dialogue , then it asked me if i wanted to use flash , don't know if bug or something , but that was kinda not-that-logical way to activate the event
