Hi,this is my first playthrough and I recently encountered this exact problem that is discussed here. Unfortunately, my earliest save is after I reached blake at the mountain top without previously entering his apartment, so there is no way I can obtain Waterfall without starting a new game and being careful not to make this mistake again if I'm understanding this correctly. Would you be so kind and also add this tmx to my file? Its been kind of frustrating.
