[Want to spice up my team a little]

I have currently entered Spinel Town and I am not sure if my team is good enough and want to switch out some pokemon as I am tired of using some of them

I can switch out for any recommended pokemon obtainable at this point. I feel I need a decent water type and flying type.

I am at some crossroads with some pokemon in my team

The Growlithe is pretty good too here are the stats of the one I got

lvl 25

Intimidate

Reversal

Fire Fang

and also you can trade a growlithe egg for a random pokemon egg apparently (not sure about the possibilities though)

Im wondering if I should replace Pangoro with Scraggy

Thanks guys for the great advice I was able to defeat them (after many screams and fits of anger at my complete lack of rng). I ditched Noibat like you guys said because I saw you could catch it much later at a higher level. I'll update the thread again when I need help or get stuck again. Thanks again for the great advice especially to Combat Medic

I'm stuck at the double battle with Team Meteor at Beryl Ward and I am unsure about how good my team is. Any suggestions on improving the team and strategies for the battle?
