my game crashed while fighting in the wastelands. when i started it i was in the mountain.

Just after defeating aya i went to into the wasteland and as i went into battle my game crashed. i saved the file, and when i came back i was stuck in the mountain not able to move at all. (ps im really confused what to send) please help would be very apriciated)
